For more than eight years, I have built backend services, workflow automation, integrations, and operational tooling across telecom and SaaS products.
My strongest work sits at the boundary between architecture and reality: long-running requests, message queues, private networks, authentication, multitenant data, and the production issues that only emerge at scale.
I value direct ownership, measurable outcomes, thoughtful failure handling, and systems that are easier for the next engineer to understand and operate.
Design, implementation, testing, deployment, diagnosis, and production readiness are one job.
Timeouts, retries, permissions, queues, and network boundaries shape the architecture.
Good systems expose their state, isolate failure, and leave a clear trail for operators.

Re-architected long-running request execution to remove a 29-second synchronous timeout bottleneck and change the end-user response path.
Owned the development and production lifecycle for Java/Vert.x orchestration integrations backed by Redis and RabbitMQ, including reliability, validation, and support.
Built Microsoft Active Directory workflows through PowerShell and WinRM for identity lifecycle, access, groups, organizational units, and directory objects.
Diagnosed failures spanning ADWS, Kerberos/NTLM, DNS, firewalls, permissions, and connectivity while collaborating with engineers, QA, and customers across six regions.
